  Dreadful service. Ordered 2 uncommon tubes, was told they'd be a week, and a week later they rang to say my ordered tubes had arrived. Great. Took time off work to drive in to collect, but when he put them on the counter they weren't the size I'd ordered. My first though was they misheard my order on the phone, so I checked the order. But no, they'd written it down correctly. So I said "These are the wrong size - this isn't what I ordered". His reply "we couldn't get that size in." I just stared at him. Then he gave me this big Cheshire cat grin. I just turned on my heal and walked out. I'll never venture in there again. What a waste of a phone call, a week of waiting and an hour off work. Why wouldn't they just ring up and say "sorry mate, we tried but couldn't get them in". Instead they try some underhanded tactic to fob off some other tubes? Speaks volumes to me about their attitude - just glad I didn't pay any money. Avoid.

  Really great local business. Helped me out with some second hand parts and some new bits and pieces. Appreciate the solid service and advice that they give and there products are reasonably priced.

  Solid store that offers amazing service and rewards loyal customers. Their enthusiasm and knowledge for bikes is amazing. While planetcycles is a great bike store, riders is better able to provide the personal experience most consumers desire. Amazing store that i definitely recommend.
