  It's pretty easy to order online and get your gear and then pick up as they are open later in the evenings.

  Awful customer service and an extremely limited supply, go to a different store! When I went into the store the only employee was on the phone and didn't acknowledge me. 5 minutes later he got off the phone and gave me this dirty look as if I was somehow causing a problem when all I did was look around the store while waiting for him to finish. After all that he informed me, extremely rudely mind you and without checking too, that they had NO EARPHONES OR AUDIO CABLES. A technology store without earphones or audio cables. I have no idea why this employee was so rude to me and possibly chose not to sell to me but it sure is the last time I'm ever going to a MSY Technology store.

  They have a reputation for poor customer service, but I have had no such problems. The one time a product I bought here broke earlier than expected, it was replaced with no difficulty on my part whatsoever.

  Guys at the shop are keen to help out and recommend popular products that they sell a lot of.

  Great service. Very happy. I live down the road from these guys. They have a range of great computer parts, peripherals, speakers, cables and monitors as well as having a few ready to go laptops and PC set ups as well.

  But prices are super cheap, and I ended up going to the store and being able to pick up a similar product to the one I wanted off the shelf, anyway.
